Banana Ginger Smoothie to burn Stomach Fat


A bulging tummy not only looks odd but also makes you feel discomfort at the same time. Many of your friends and relatives would have suggested several measures to get rid of this but most of them would have failed to get a positive result.

So how do we burn this stomach fat? There are several natural ways to get rid of this belly fat. One of them is using the two natural ingredients – banana and ginger. When these are consumed in the form of a smoothie,it will efficiently burn the stomach fat.

But have you ever wondered what exactly causes that bulging belly fat? It is basically due to the accumulation of gas in the abdomen which is caused due to eating unhealthy food, high calorie food , lack of exercise and lack of sleep to name a few.

Ginger contains a compound called Gingerol which is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.This helps in increasing the body metabolism and supresses the appetite. Banana which is rich in fibre, potassium and antioxidants, helps in better digestion and removes the excess body fluids. In addition, when banana is combined with spinach and flaxseed , it helps in boosting the metabolism.

In order to prepare the smoothie we need the following:

  • One ripe banana,
  • Grated Ginger,
  • Flaxseed powder and
  • Spinach.

Method To Prepare:

1. Take one ripe banana and peel it off . Then put it in a juicer grinder.

2. Take a piece of ginger, clean it and then grate it. Take a tablespoon of this grated ginger and add it .

3. Add two tablespoons of flaxseed powder to it. Flaxseed is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

4. Take and clean a bit of baby spinach leaves.

5. Take all these ingredients and then blend them well. Your smoothie is now ready.

You need to replace your breakfast with this smoothie if you wish to lose stomach fat. You can see better results if this is followed for about two weeks.
