Ginger Hair Mask Recipe for faster Hair Growth!

ginger

Is your hair not growing beyond your shoulder length? Do you want long and shiny hair that reaches your waistline? Then, what you require is a ginger hair mask!

Ginger does more, other than just adding a tinge of flavour to your food or clearing your bowel system! It stimulates the blood circulation, which in turn allows your hair follicles to absorb more nutrients and oxygen!

Furthermore, ginger also contains antiseptic properties that break down the build-up of yeast on scalp and keep flaky dandruff at bay! Apart from this, ginger seals the split ends, restores the lost pH balance of your scalp and makes it look super glossy

The other ingredients that are included in this ginger mask for hair growth are avocado oil, lemon juice and basil leaves. Avocado makes your hair silky. Lemon cleanses the scalp and promotes the regeneration of new hair follicles. And, coconut milk soothes and nourishes your scalp.

So, here is a step-by-step method on how to prepare this mask for improving your hair growth naturally using ginger.

Step 1:

Peel, grate and grind 1 big piece of ginger into a smooth paste. Put the paste in a strainer and squeeze out the juice and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Now add a tablespoon of avocado oil to the ginger juice and mix well. Avocado oil is packed with vitamin B complex, amino acid, and essential fatty acids that nourishes the hair follicles and makes it smooth.

Step 3:

Add about half a cup of coconut milk to the mixture. Lauric acid present in coconut oil will repair the damaged rough ends, cleanse the scalp and also nourishes your hair.

Step 4:

Next, add 10 drops of lemon juice to the mixture. Citric acid and vitamin C present in lemon will cleanse the scalp, break down chemical buildup and also kills the infection-causing bacteria.

Step 5:

Comb your hair to remove all unwanted tangles. Exert little pressure as possible, and use a wide-toothed comb to reduce the amount of breakage.

Step 6:

Now apply the mixture to your scalp. Massage it using your fingertips for 5 to 10 minutes. It will allow the mask to seep in better and also stimulate the circulation.

Step 7:

Let the mask sit for 45 minutes .Then shampoo and condition it as usual. Use a mild cleanser that is free of chemicals.

Step 8:
